Ternary plating coating polymer coating
Under the condition of oil lubrication at room temperature, the friction coefficient of polymer coating decreased by 42.3 % compared with that of ternary electroplating, and the friction coefficient decreased by 36 % under the condition of oil lubrication temperature rise. Under the condition of dry friction at room temperature, the friction coefficient of the polymer coating decreased by 75.86 %, and the friction coefficient of the polymer coating decreased by 91.69 % under the condition of dry friction temperature rise.
Friction work decreased by 8.1 %, friction reduction and carbon reduction.

Coating performance – Adhesion Test
- The coating layer can work under wide range temperature from -170 to 220 °C / 338 to 448 °F for a long time.
- The coating has good adhesion.

First draw the grid, then heating the sample with oil up to temperature to 150 °C / 302 °F for 15 minutes
Then to bend the sample 360° without coated layer spalling.
